    its a japanese event, so u can only get it if u have a japan bought 3ds or the gts

    Currently Japanese players can get them by purchasing tickets to go see the Marshadow movie in July. For players outside of Japan, you have to trade or wait for whenever the event releases outside of Japan to get it. Although, if you want the Z-Crystal, then you have to wait, since those can't be traded. They haven't announced when the worldwide event will be, but I suspect maybe around September
