～星マークについて・・・

星マークについて質問なのですが、『50cc』『100cc』『150cc』のカップ全て星マーク3つでクリアしたのですが、名前の横に、星マークがつきません。なぜでしょうか？全部パーツを集めてからじゃないと星マークは、付かないんですか？？教えて下さい。お願いします>^<

星三が付かないのであれば、ミラーもしなければいけません。
