    It's like Rover from AC x10. It's never explicitly stated that he is, but the evidence leaves little other possibility.

    It's a lot more likely it's Mohn, rather than Colress, simply because he doesn't seem at all surprised that you have or had a Cosmog or a Type: Null on Poké Pelago. Also, they, being Lillie, Gladion, Lusamine, and Mohn, all have very similar hair. If you can't tell that they're related, then you should have paid a little more attention to the story.

    All I can say is it's purely speculation as nowhere is it stated that they're related, and thus can't be proven right in the first place.

    yeah, uh, SuMo repeatedly states that the father of Gladion and Lillie and husband of Lusamine is named Mohn. it never says that the Mohn at the Poké palago is the same man, but it seems highly unlikely that pokemon would put two people with the same uncommon name and have only 1 of them show up and not have that 1 be the father when they all look like family. my guess is we'll know on 11-17-17!
