    and before someone says to not use scarfed and to use something like sub+focus punch, no, i want to use scarfed, i don't care if i lose, i just want to use scarfed.

    Jolly is better. Off the top of my head I believe it outpaces Scarf Heatran, Koko and Weavile. I think it also outspeeds AshNinja as well. I'm not able to verify this at the moment though unfortunately.
