Question

Ummm, PLEASE HELP?!

Soo, I have a copy of platinum that I mainly only ever play on my 2ds of course, I just now went on the game and one of pictures I had taken on the ds was permanantly in the backround of the screen. It won't go away, and when I put the game card in my 3ds it freezes everything and takes several minutes to turn off. Help?!

I got the game card off of ebay. It was cheap and had great reviews, I'm thinking it might be the 2ds.
