Shiny Mew? How? I thought Mew couldn't go on GTS

Mew cannot be gts traded. Nor can Diancie and Hoopa.

Normally, event Pokemon like Diancie that's legitimate can't be traded using the GTS (I've tried it with my events & it wouldn't let me) but those that's not legitimate seems to be able to be traded
