Where do you fight Arceus at? Im trying to Mega evolve my Charizard and I've heard from alot of people you need to beat him in order to unlock it. Do you need to buy all of the maps then he'll appear or is it unlocked later in the game.

    you unlock the ballon arceus is at, the legend terrain Or if your lucky enough for someone to take you there You can mega evolve your polemon when you do one of the missions
