    the strongest person they have. He can keep completely straight in midair, going 80 mph, against all kinds of wind resistance-and I can't even plank for 3 minutes. He was able to pick up Cap with one arm and fly off with him-Cap is 6'2" and 200 lbs! That Sam can lift Steve, not to mention drag him all around through the air, when I think I pulled something lifting my 12 lbs cat with both hands,

    shows that Sam is insanely strong for a human. At the end of AoU, he was probably the leader of the West Coast Avengers. (If not him, then War Machine. But nobody else out of that group would've been in charge.) In conclusion: Sam Wilson is a gift to this world.
