Question

今作から復帰しようとおもうのですが…

ポケモンはBW2以降プレイしていないのですが、久しぶりにポケモンをしたいと思っています。昔はストーリーだけ楽しんで終わりだったのですが、せっかくなのでレート戦も出てみたいと思っています。しかし知識を全く持ち合わせていません(＞＜) 厳選とか個体値とか夢特性とか用語は聞いたことはあるのですが、全くわかりません。ほぼ初心者の僕はまず何から学ぶべきなのでしょうか？何をどう調べたらいいのでしょうか？
