Question

Oh, great but still...

I just got a Shiny Lugia from Wonder Trade. I wished it was legit, but it is not. Although the IV Checker shows it has 5IV, it probably has 0IV. It's Japanese, came from Johto, but its ID# is 00000 ! What should I do ?
