    I use2 when i am ev training a Level1 pokemon or pokemon not strong enough to handle horde battles. besides it doesnt hurt to use 2 anway. i have my pkrs Lv100 use surf and exp share with the lv1 and both have power items and pokerus. i hope u save the game after you're done training and to b certain, use rest bag to verify all points r where they need2 go.. turn game off after checking
