Have you learned that song that allows you to warp across the Great Sea using cyclones? Try using it to warp into the Mother and Child Islands. (That is, once you've cleared the Tower of the Gods.)

to get the warp song you need to shoot down the cyclone spirit then you can warp to certain places

Look for a giant tornado that can appear around Mother & child isles, northern triangle island or shark island. Sail into the tornado and shoot the enemy in the sky a few times. He will teach you a song that lets you warp to specific places on the map. Warp to Mother & Child isles and the fire & ice arrows will be given to you. (Mother & child isles is the warp point closest to forsaken fortress)

Try firing three arrows at Cyclos using the Hero's Bow. You'll need to be quick, though, before he sucks you into the cyclone.
