    This is my first attempt at a PAC-MAN fancharacter and i'll probably never draw him again. You can go ahead and bash me that it's uncreative.. but here's somethin' to give ya' an idea. His name is Scotty and he's an pale orange ghost with brown gloves and a boater hat. He's more interested into jazzy tunes than messing with PAC-MAN like the other ghosts do. Plus he bearly knows PAC so why bother?
