Good exercise for weak leg muscles.

Hi I got this game to get in shape and strengthen my weak leg and knee muscles. Any good exercise recommendations for beginners with weak muscles?

  • Follow the advice you hear in the program. Do yoga stretches and breathing before exercising. Dedicate time. Inactivity can further injury and delay healing. Pain may shift day to day as you heal and get stronger, so don't be surprised. An annoying or slightly itchy pain is typical as you heal. Share your progress to get support from others. Good Luck!

  • I'd suggest trying the short basic run activity or the 10 Minute Free Run activity.Also some of the yoga poses are good for strengthening your leg muscles too like the "Chair" pose for example.The "Trampoline Target" activity is really wonderful for your leg muscles too.

  • Also if your lower~body starts to get tired………To help extend your workouts for longer do the Rowing activity once your legs get tired because you sit down to do the rowing,it works the upper body so you still burn calories while your legs get a nice break.This game really does work if you genuinely try & do it for the long-term,I've lost 40 pounds within 1 year of regularly using it.
