    @Superkev: That sir, does not need to be censored. Because 10,002 years later, those events are lost to time. Also, i do believe things have moved on from then, wounds healed, people continued, civilizations rose and fell... As far as Inkopolis is concerned, it was probably just another place on this spinning globe. That is assuming the tectonic plate it was on hasn't been recycled by now...

    but, here is the thing. splatoon is based after the extinction of humanity, as shown in the sunken scrolls, or the last few signs of people living, as quoted:"the rising sea tide may lead humanity into extinction, so is this really the end of the species"? then this fact, marina + pearl is pearl harbor, this has to mean something.......

    this is creepy, so brace yourselves... everytime, in campaign mode, when your about to fight a boss, or you beat it, wait. dont do anything. then u will hear sounds that r disturbing. it sounds like death and suffering. u hear screams, crashing, moaning. then it starts to get muffled. does this shine new light on how humans die, or why they did?
