    ok first you have to go to the 3ds and open the mii plaza it will the say you need a update or if you did that then you if you have vip then you look for people that is how you get that. or you can look on the internet for how to play it. let me know how it goes :]

    Mii plaza, Is an app in the E-shop. (The icon with the shoping bag.) It's not a 2 player game like you're thinking. If you have Mii plaza runing and set up, wen you pass by people who have a 3DS on them, You'll get their mii, sent to your mii plaza, and vice-virsa. Wen you have other people's miis, you can play games with them.
