Welcome to the Rainbow Road is the sixteenth course, so I saw Iggy Koopa begins the race. First, I saw the anti-Gravity Lane and through the Galaxy station is where the Blooper Ship zooms through the space area. Next, I saw two anti-Gravity lanes and across the U-turn lane, and then, Iggy leads for the finish line. Finally, I saw Iggy Koopa wins for the Special Cup.
