Do you need power items

Do you need power items to get max stats on a pokemon if you have 31 ivs and pokerus? oh and i have max evs

    power items just help to raise a pokemons EVs, if you've already raised a pokemons EVs to full then the power item won't do anything to it.

    yeah i think they give out 8 EVs in the the specific stat and pokerus will double any EVs the pokemon would get so if you have a power item and the pokemon has pokerus you would gain 16 EVs from each battle plus double whatever EVs you got from the battle.
