    Ok So! QvQ I had this great idea but i fear people will yell at me TvT So...Here it is, When it gets cold or when it's winter It affects Summers powers (Her water manipulation) So her hair and her powers become ice manipulation, QvQ I still think i'll get yelled at but...Yeah Enjoy <3

    GASPS DATS COOL,PUN INTENDED XD. What if every time Winter comes she's normal,but whdn she tries to use her water powers,it freezes then it'll kinda consume her each time,then Spring comes and it melts :0 just an idea X3
