Has someone noticed the bad sound quality of this game?

This game is plagued by heavy sound compression, bitrate seems low quality. This is clearly noticeable when playing with headphones. Same problem with Vita version of Child of Light. I doubt Wayforward will patch this, but it would be nice that at least the devs acknowledge their mistake.

    Same you might want to invest in a portable headphone amp like the Reevel bgst r213 for under $15 US it has helped improve all my portable audio from 2DS/ NEW 2DSXL, Android phone to my Chromebooks. I don't work for Reevel just found it useful, found your post & thought I would share what has helped me. :–)

    It's kind of you, but I don't think this will fix this audio problem. To make myself clear here is an example: just rip your favorite CD by using a poor 128kbps bitrate. Then burn the files you just created into a CD audio, not a multimedia CD. Put it in a regular CD player and just let your ears bleed! The sound quality will be so horrible you'll think you're listening to your CD under water.
