    I can't really remember because I did this shrine quest a long time ago, but I'm pretty sure you have to shoot an electric arrow in the center of the orange thing.

    @jack of friend of my told me that they may be takin miiverse away from us on the miiu and 3ds where he found this info i have know idea...but i trust him..now when they'll do this..well i dont know that either..but i just keep hopin they don't..:]
