If it's to do with that data miner theory rhan no it's not true. Miyamoto said Wii U servers will continue to be live due to popular games such as Splatoon and MK8. Some people own both consoles and since Switch will have no Miiverse community, it makes sense to keep it open so fans can chat and share gaming experiences.

I don't see why they shouldn't do some sort of online forum for Switch. Let's see what happens.
