This is a normal Nintendo ghost. Nintendo should bring back the "expert staff ghosts" in Mario Kart 8. The expert staff ghosts first appeared in Mario Kart Wii.

    I'll definitely agree! Even back then when Staff Ghosts went Expert on Ya It was a Fun challenging mission I had to complete. Also the Expert Staff Ghosts Actually first appeared in Mario Kart DS.

    I'm pretty sure there were plans for expert ghosts considering all the ghosts are in a folder appropriately titled "slow"
