    Once every Blood Moon. They show up in three other spots too (one outside of Hateno, one before the Eldin Stable, and I forget where the fourth location is off the top of my head)

    Oh wait. Got the wrong couple of NPCS. Thought this was the truffle hunters, not the husband and wife. This duo has one more additional spot they show up at in the Lake Tower region close to the south side of the Bridge of Hylia.
