    Nope. It's White Balloon. But Kyurem must be captured in Frosty Alps in Plasma Tundra first. Then if either Obsidian Shrine in Black Realm or Ivory Pillar in White Ruins has 3 stars, try stopping by between 12 & 1.

    Ultimate downside, the Lucky Balloon has no effect on Black Kyurem or White Kyurem, but it can affect Arceus, Deoxys or Genesect.
