ちょっと話したいことあるので、お話ししますが、皆さん他のチームのリーダーさんは何を大事にしていますか？強い人を集めること？こうらとかのスナイプ、支援が上手い人？妨害が上手い人？そんなことではありません。私がいつも思うことは隊員からの信頼を得ることじゃないことでしょうか？信頼を得ないと、チームというのは成り立たないですからね〜(･･;)自分から先にある証拠を提示しないで、隊員からの信頼がなくなる。そして、チームの崩壊...ということにつながっていきますね... さて、いつも通り隊員募集中 条件は 1、1.5k以上 2、やる気があるもの 3、妨害厨、チーターではないもの です〜
