    Well CutterL, like I said I'm from AZ not Washington DC so It's really hard for me to fall alseep right now since it's a three hour difference and I'm leaving early eastern time and I'm still not use to the time zone change so that's why I went to bed at 11:00 here which is like 8:00 in AZ...

    You sort of lost me with what you said...but my comment could have also been interpreted differently. I'm in Eastern Time also, so it's 2am and I haven't gone to bed yet. But anyway, I know that changing time zones has got to screw up your sleep schedule pretty bad for a while...or at least I would know if I ever travelled to a different time zone.
