Today is the 61st anniversary of the SS Andrea Doria's sinking on July 26th, 1956. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ July 25, 1956 - As she was near the coast of Nantucket, heading for NY, MS Stockholm collided with Andrea Doria after the 2 were on a collision course through dense fog. Despite remaining afloat for another 11 hours, Andrea Doria capsized & sank on the morning of July 26th, 1956.

@Benny me too, I would LOVE to go on a cruise. And that would just be because of the ship, not even the holiday! xD I'd be in the engine rooms pestering the workers on the ship's speed and all that! xD
