Bug du jeu irréversible/défaut de fabrication

Bonjour tout le monde. Il m'est arrivée quelque chose PAS DU TOUT normal:J'ai eu un bug sur mon qui fait que je ne peut plus y jouer.J'ai été voir le fabriquant et on m'a dit que c'était un défaut du jeu et donc qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Quelqu'un à déjà eu ce genre de chose ?
