Yes! I am so happy both Air Zonk and Ninja Spirit made it to Wii U VC despite the Switch being out. I only wish Gates of Thunder would also make it.

    Everybody does know you can play Wii on your Wii U right. Why didn't you pick up this, Ninja Spirit, Gate & Lords of Thunder, and countless other great VC games a long time ago?

    I did. I was just waiting for them to come to Wii U so I can play them on the gamepad, post to Miiverse, and not have to go into Wii mode and get out the Wii controllers.

    Good point MegaMii. Though to be honest, I dont think the Wii U VC will ever have the huge selection of the Wii VC. The Wii VC even has TurboDuo games... O.O

    Lords(Winds), and Gates of thunder were released on Japan's Wiiu vc around the Wiiu's launch, so there's no technical reason why they can't do it. If they didn't by now it seems very unlikely sadly, I will stick with the wii vc version. By the way did anyone know those games were made by the same devs as bonk, hagane, and bulk slash? Every game they made was excellent.
