I have got 477 points and 318 coins in VS mode! I used All Vehicles as the COM Vehicle, 200cc as the engine class, Normal as the Computer difficulty setting, 32 races as the Race Count, and set the items to Mushrooms Only! I almost got the perfect score which is 480 points as well!
