Best Ev spread/ Moveset for hitmontop?

I'm not sure what Ev spread i should use but i wanted to do something different with its moveset Ability: Technician Moveset: Rapid spin, Mach punch, Bullet punch, and Pursuit / Bulk up/ Aerial ace.

    You should have fake out on there, max hp, max attack, maybe some kind of defensive nature for a little more bulk.
