Well we first need to find out when PQ2 takes place during the culture festival and Akechi joins the party or after Joker awakens to Satanel and Joker defeats Yaldiboth. It takes place after P5 the P4 and P3 can join to (most likely) save Makoto Yuki (the P3 Protag). Considering PQ1's ending the 3 groups would not be able to meet.

The only way there would be a crossover in the middle of the culture festival would be if It's a crossover with A:P1 B:P2IS C:P2EP or D:P3P with the female Makoto Yuki (Minako Arisato). If it takes place after P5 then SEES, (minus Makoto Yuki and Shinjiro) the Seekers of the Truth (Investigation Team) and The PToH (most likely minus Akechi) could team up and maybe try to save Makoto.

Also how would the handle Akechi, Robin Hood, and Loki. Seeing the Akechi is a Wild Card and Loki is his true, if he was a part of the main team when PQ2's story would he start out with Robin Hood but when he hit level 50-55 would it become Loki, would he start out with Loki and have Robin Hood as a sub-persona, or would Robin Hood/Loki get a power up at Levels 50-55 like Shinjiro and Koromaru?

Well...the logo for PQ2 is the phantom theif logo...so that's a definite yes...And at Super Bomb when they announced it, their was also a picture of Minato that flashed on screen fir a second. So P5/P3 maybe? idk, but I honestly hope they include all P3, P4, and P5 party members!
