助けてください。

さっき設定(3dsのソフト) で追加データを見ていてさわってると 間違えて「ポケモン」というやつを 消してしまったんですけど 何か害ありませんか？ また元通りにする方法など ないでしょうか？ 分からないので教えてください。

    ポケモンのsmの追加データは 残っていて xyを起動するとまた追加データを 作ってくれたので解決しました！ ちなみにxyのデータは消えてないです
