Now that two games from the legendary shoot'em up developer Psikyo were released on the Switch with TATE support (Strikers 1945 and Gunbarich ), i think some classic Treasure games should come to the Switch too. Ikaruga's TATE mode would be perfect for the Switch's tabletop mode. It's a lot easier to turn the Switch's screen on it's side then to turn a TV on it's side.

    Hast du es? Ich hab mir 1945 geholt. Die Idee mit dem vertikalen Bildschirm ist zwar keine schlechte Idee, aber für Handheld-only Spieler wie mich komplett unbrauchbar. Man kann den Controller zwar umstellen, die Steuerung des Fliegers bleibt aber auf dem linken und das schießen auf dem rechten Joy-Con. Warum man nicht eine Option nur für einen Controller gemacht hat, ist mir schleierhaft.

    I picked up both. If you want a normal classic shmup pick up Strikers 1945, if you want something that's basically a more unique version of games like Breakout/Arkanoid/Alleyway get Gunbarich. I'm personally enjoying Gunbarich more at the moment.

    @ pakko: Das Spielen auf dem vertikalen Bildschirm geht am besten im Tisch/tabletop-modus. Nimm die Joy Cons von der Switch ab und stell die Switch auf die Seite, entweder indem du sie gegen ein Objekt lehnst, oder besser mit dem hervorragenden Ständer von Hori, den ich sehr empfehlen kann.

    Ja, werd ich vielleicht mal probieren. Find ich halt umständlich gelöst, wäre doch echt kein Act gewesen neben dem Stick auch die Buttons entsprechend umzustellen oder auch eine freie Konfig zuzulassen. Hoffe auf ein Update... Momentan spiel ich es echt im Vertikal-Modus, aber waagrecht als Sidescroller :D Funktioniert auch.
