This might be a weird case but being an aspiring animator I have had much more trouble drawing necks than hands. When I was younger all the characters I used to come up with didn't have necks. When it comes to drawing that part, that's always a nuisance for me for getting the proportions right even if I sort of have learnt the ropes on drawing the rest of the body, be it male or female.
