ステージ7(ゾゾゾ～キャッスル)のボス(キング・カットアウト)です。要するにキングクルールのハリボテ(?)のようなボスです。タル大砲にのってとんでいき、ハリボテを当てる事が目的です。外すと別のコングが登場してゆき、全て外すと負けです。しかしハリボテといっても、レーザーを出す上に、別の所へ瞬間移動するというのはかなりのハイテク(?)ですね。
