There's an old forge located not too far from the hotel. And I am interested in buying that land piece and the forge to fix up so I can make more weapons. That gift shop is too small and I need more work space to make the weapons and possibly armor.

    I think GWAHrfield built it. He just visits the hotel and does tools for his gardening, I don't think the price will be unreasonable.
