I FOUND A GLITCH! Okay, so when you go to edit a Mii who is currently sick, exit without doing anything (or, ya know, change sumthin if u want) the bed 3d model will disappear AND THE MII WILL LOOK LIKE IT IS FLOATING! this isn't fake, post ur screenshots in the comments below vvvv
