    ニキビかぁ…… ニキビケアを怠らずにね。 毛穴は温度が高い時に開くから お風呂でケアして冷水で〆めると良いよ！ 鼻とおでこは気を付けてね。 おでこは前髪で蒸れてニキビができやすいし、鼻は脂が溜まり易いからね。 ビオレとかのニキビ用洗顔料を使うと良いよ！ ニキビが潰れたら触らない方が良いよ。でも薬は塗った方がいいかも。そこから黒くなったりすると厄介だよ。 ニキビは体質だけど潰れるのは気にしたりすると触って潰れちゃうからあまり気にしない！ 洗顔大事。レディとしてのたしなみとか、楽しみながら頑張ってね～！
