If you want to equip that on your horse talk to a girl who takes care of the horses at the stable. Not all stables have people that takes care of the horses. You have to have max bond with the horse then after that change the mane , briddle , saddle how ever you want.

The more sets you have the more you can change your horse gear. There's not that many horse gear. There's a other set that you have to get by a amiibo its the Breath of the Wild Link Rider amiibo you can get arrows and a travelers saddle and briddle. (Idk if I spell wrong)
