    They're only doing it for money. But even if they win a $100M lawsuit, Nintendo will make it all back in less than a year. Especially with Mario Odyssey coming.

    I don't think they can do that, unless Nintendo is actually violating their patent. (which they're not, the two products look nothing alike.) This is an act of pure jealousy from Gamevice. They will lose and possibly be even more broke then when they started, due to legal fees.

    Plus, Nintendo's legal team is probably used to this so Gamevice is already screwed. I just wonder how far this will go, probably not to the Supreme Court, idk if they do patent stuff.
