Well, the first episode of Corocoro's Splatoon """"anime"""" finally came up on YT this morning. I had honestly forgotten about it until yesterday. And as of now, I am currently prepping my torches and pitchforks.

The description reminds me of an original interactive Italian video comics uploaded to YouTube, called 'Dov'è finito Paperinik?', which I love to bits. In Splatoon's case, if it's essentially the same thing as the original manga, then wow. I understand the letdown.

friend who had previously read the English translation of the Splatoon manga; he pointed out a few flaws in the manga, and he was worried that the "anime" might be too SIMILAR to the manga. @Little Bee and Misty: Totally. :/ It wouldn't be much of a problem, had they not called it an "anime" and referred to it as just a manga dub. @Gage: Totally. I expected so much more out of them. :/

It's funny that Goggle-Kun sounds like he have a voice of a girl, and Rider has a voice of a grown up teenager man, and they are all more or less the same age. Strange and weird, but the acting is still fun to hearXD (That I have no idea why my account is hidden, it also explain why I have absolute zero Followers. It's actually my bro's 3DS account. Still, I don't know why it's like that. ^^; )

@Grump Tran: The only reason I can think of why your account would be like that, would be if your brother has the MV options adjusted in the parental controls. It's possible to hide one's profile that way. And that's what I thought too! :O I'm just not a fan of screamy anime voices....

Oh the irony. As for the videos, it's a story, where Paperinik, Donald Duck's Italian name for his superhero alter-ego, asks for the viewer's aid in a 'choose you own adventure' style to beat the baddies who trapped him in a pit Each part has 2 choices, one good, and one bad. It's very short. The thing is an ad, made to promote a comic series, I think. I could be wrong.

Oh, I'll be getting more than just torches and pitchforks. GET YOUR FLAMETHROWERS HERE. I can't even understand Japanese, so I have no idea what's going on. The character's voices don't match up, and again, IT'S JAPANESE WITH NO SUBTITLES. WHAT THE HECK NINTENDO. NOT EVEN A FULL ANIME. I swear, if this moving manga is just a late April Fool's prank...
