Gamevice sounds like a really hypocritical company. They're suing Nintendo for supposedly copying them with the Joycons yet the product they're suing Nintendo over is called "Wikipad" which was obviously based on Wikipedia. So basically it's ok for them to copy from other things but not the other way around.

Besides, the early Wii U's prototype was a bit like the Switch.

I wonder if Gamevice even realizes how hated they would be if the Switch got banned because of them. Whatever small fanbase they had would be gone.

Yeah... And that wouldn't be good for Nintendo either. So, it's just 100% bad if Gamevice wins, maybe. They would get hated, and Nintendo would face a pretty big loss.
