(Right Me) From what I saw from the sad folks on internet Youtube talking about getting reported, and seeing their reported videos, it's random. Admins report anything, so post here at your own risk. As I read the Miiverse regulations, it's like everything we post about gets us reported, but don't get reported everytime, which is strange.
