The location marked by the Travel Medallion is a great Nayrda farming spot. Step 1: Do the "Spring of Wisdom" Shrine Quest. Step 2: Go to the farming spot. Step 3: Set up a campfire and wait until morning. Step 4: Wait for Naydra to come. (It doesn't take very long.) Step 5: Glide and shoot the part you want. Step 6: Repeat steps 3-5 for as long as you need.
