The left thumbstick on my Gamepad has been messing up as of late, so I went and purchased a Pro Controller. I'm loving how smooth horseback controls are, that the horse immediately turns when I want it to. Unless I need gyroscope controls for archery minigames, I'll probably start using this more instead of the Gamepad.

    I had some occasional problems with my left Joy-Con too, which is why I bought a Pro Controller for my Switch.

    Had I played this on the Wii U I think I would have defaulted to playing with the Pro Controller right off the bat. I never liked using the Gamepad gyro to aim. I turned it off in WWHD and TPHD and then just switched to the Pro Controller. Gamepad is a little too big for me to really want to use for longer sessions.
