    Try it on "Easy" setting until you figure out your attack strategy and get Cia up a few levels. Worked for me!

    The strategy was clear and simple at that point, and I spent enough 2 tie her with Link in level, which was enough 2 beat the first Hero stage. Her power is 400, and I won't be wasting any more effort on unwinnable wars any time soon.
