    Follow the highlighted road on the map. Or just cheese the whole thing and use the Zora Armor to climb up :p

    Well you can't cheese your way through everything in this game. Gotta put some hard work into making it up there in the first place. Also take a good long look at the map. There should be a set of waterfalls that will take you really close to the Sanctum.
