ロゼッタ(キャラクター)の入手方法

最近マリオカートをやっていて (去年からやっていて) 去年自分用の3DSが無くてお姉ちゃんの3DSを貸してもらってやっていたんです今年目の手術をしました (目は今大丈夫なんですけどね) それでマリオカートのモードのインターネットで最近世界中の人とバトルしていますバトルしている時ロゼッタと言うキャラクターがいましたどう入手するのかわからないので教えてください

私も全キャラ解禁してます。 Mii以外のキャラが使える条件は例えばデイジーなら150ccキノコカップをポイント一位にして終えることです。(全レース終えた後の表彰画面で一位になることです。) 他の150ccの各カップ一位で終えるとそのカップごとにキャラが増えます。位置的にロゼッタはスターカップの150ccでしょうか。下手な説明、失礼しました。

僕も全解放してます。各150ccのGP(グランプリ)を総合一位になればキャラが解放されていく…だった気がします。(うろ覚え)
